The arbitration is one of the main areas of work within the firm.
The Senior Partner Mario Riccomagno is a specialist in the sector and since more twenty years publishes articles in legal journals and periodicals on arbitration and ADR (with particular regard to maritime arbitration). He is invited worldwide to act as speaker on topics concerning international commercial arbitration and maritime arbitration and is accredited arbitrator in arbitration centres of Europe, Asia and Africa.
Mr. Riccomagno is a part time arbitrator in arbitrations concerning maritime, engineering, construction and, in general, commercial disputes both in ad hoc proceedings and in administered proceedings before national or foreign courts of arbitration. He provides consultancy work in assisting the clients before the London Maritime Arbitration Association.
